Carol Baird

Carol graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist at Manchester Royal Infirmary in 1984 and has had over 25 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions. Carol undertook further training in 1997 and graduated from Coventry University with an MSc in Manipulative Therapy.

Carol is a member of the Manipulation Association of the Institute of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) and highly skilled in acupuncture. She is also a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and is a qualified Pilates Instructor registered with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.

Carol specialises in the treatment of back and neck disorders, sports injuries and soft tissue injuries and has worked in private practice, in the NHS and in the Armed Forces. As an Extended Scope physiotherapist Carol continues her work in the NHS in neurosurgery clinics and liaises with Orthopaedic Consultants from Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Hospitals. Carol has a well-earned reputation for providing a highly professional and friendly service to Clients.
